Redbelly Network provides capital markets infrastructure for the compliant tokenisation, issuance and distribution of regulated assets. Its blockchain was developed at the University of Sydney in collaboration with CSIRO.

As Chief Growth Officer, led institutional sales, partnerships and go-to-market work across tokenisation, fund registries and distribution. Worked with asset issuers, managers, banks, exchanges, trustees and custodians.

Led Redbelly’s commercial participation in the Reserve Bank of Australia and DFCRC’s Project Acacia, spanning tokenised funds, corporate bonds, securitisation and collateralised lending.

The RBA issued pilot wholesale central bank digital currency (CBDC) natively on Redbelly’s public network for settlement.

Co-founded and led a venture studio that grew to 50 people and worked with 18 ventures, building technology and businesses alongside founders and enterprise partners. Helped build and grow a venture portfolio that reached approximately A$350 million in enterprise value at its peak.

Formed a joint venture with the University of Sydney and CSIRO in 2021 that led to Redbelly Network. Block8 Technologies merged with Redbelly Network in 2023.

Australian Mortgage Marketplace / Volt Bank

Block8 led delivery of Intelligent Credit over a six-year engagement with Australian Mortgage Marketplace, later acquired by Volt Bank in 2021. The platform combined automated credit decisioning, borrower verification and digital loan workflows.

Shore Financial reported verified mortgage approvals in 15 minutes.
